  3. INITIALS are used to 
  4. indentify the individual who
  5. printed the Heparin sched-
  6. ules. The initials are printed
  7. on each schedule at the bottom
  8. right hand side.

  12. This field will take any
  13. 3 alfa-numeric characters
  14. including !@#$%^&*()_+?><~.
  15. They can be identification
  16. letters or numbers used
  17. elsewhere in your computer
  18. system. Remember, however,
  19. that when you type these
  20. characters, they will 
  21. appear on each heparin sche-
  22. dule and should therefore 
  23. not be password letters or 
  24. characters that are to be
  25. known only by yourself.
